Navy Back Support Belt — Size Chart
Sizing varies by brand and style, and choosing the correct size is essential for effective support. At AVESTON, our sizing is based on actual measurements taken around the abdomen at navel level (at the belly button, or the widest part of your torso).
Each of our models has its own size chart, designed to match its specific fabric and total belt length. This is intentional—we separate our back belt supports into sizes to avoid excess, bulky fabric bunching around the stomach and to ensure a secure, comfortable fit.
How Do You Know Your Back Belt Size?
Please note: Your pants waist size is not the same as your true belly circumference. Two people can wear the same jeans size but have very different belly measurements. For the best fit, please use our size chart image and follow the detailed measuring instructions below.

You can also take measurements using any rope and then measure this length with an office ruler.
