AVESTON® Product Warranty Policy
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty:
AVESTON® is proud to offer a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty on our back braces. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for our back braces, reflecting our commitment to quality through improved closure systems, double stitching on vulnerable parts, and rigorous three-level quality control.
What Our Warranty Covers:
- Seam Durability: Should the seams of your brace give way under normal wear within the year, rest assured, we are here to assist. We cover such instances, provided the belt shows no significant signs of extensive wear.
- Cleanliness and Presentation: We ship the new product after inspection in the original branded packaging. But the human factor when inspecting the goods before shipping can also happen. Should you discover any unaddressed stains or foreign objects upon delivery, we kindly ask you to inform us for an opportunity to offer a free exchange. Claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt for a free exchange of the same item in the same size.
- Velcro Durability: Years of production and use of the belt by our customers have proven that the type of Velcro that we now put on our belt is the best and most reliable. However, our warranty graciously extends to instances where Velcro hooks detach within the year, a rare sign of material flaw.
Exclusions from Warranty:
- Intensive Wear: Signs of intensive daily wear, mechanical damage, exposure to chemicals, improper use or care, pollution, or excessive temperature exposure invalidate the warranty. The belt's fabric and hook-and-loop fastener are subject to wear over time; thus, the warranty does not cover tear or misuse.
- Design Alterations: Any forced changes to the belt's design or damage from washing machines or dryers are not covered.
- Velcro is clogged: Velcro tends to get clogged with extraneous fibers from other clothes or animal fur. We do not cover the warranty if the Velcro is clogged with fibers and has stopped working. We recommend cleaning the fastener periodically to prolong its effectiveness.
