1. 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
AVESTON® is proud to offer a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty on our back braces. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for our back belts, reflecting our commitment to quality through improved closure systems, double stitching on vulnerable parts, and rigorous three-level quality control.
2. What Our Warranty Covers
2.1. Seam Durability
Should the seams of your brace give way under normal wear within the year, rest assured, we are here to assist. We cover such instances, provided the belt shows no significant signs of extensive wear.
2.2. Cleanliness and Presentation
We ship the new product after inspection in the original branded packaging. But the human factor when inspecting the goods before shipping can also happen. Should you discover any unaddressed stains or foreign objects upon delivery, we kindly ask you to inform us for an opportunity to offer a free exchange. Claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt for a free exchange of the same item in the same size.
2.3. Velcro Durability
Years of production and use of the belt by our customers have proven that the type of Velcro that we now put on our belt is the best and most reliable. However, our warranty graciously extends to instances where Velcro hooks detach within the year, a rare sign of material flaw.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
3.1. Intensive Wear
Signs of intensive daily wear, mechanical damage, exposure to chemicals, improper use or care, pollution, or excessive temperature exposure invalidate the warranty. The belt's fabric and hook-and-loop fastener are subject to wear over time; thus, the warranty does not cover tear or misuse.
3.2. Design Alterations
Any forced changes to the belt's design or damage from washing machines or dryers are not covered.
3.3. Velcro Is Clogged
Velcro tends to get clogged with extraneous fibers from other clothes or animal fur. We do not cover the warranty if the Velcro is clogged with fibers and has stopped working. We recommend cleaning the fastener periodically to prolong its effectiveness.

Sizing varies by brand and style, and choosing the correct size is essential for effective support and therapeutic compression. At AVESTON, our sizing is based on actual measurements taken around the body at navel level — at the belly button, or the widest part of your torso where you will wear the brace.
To avoid bulky, bunched fabric around the stomach, our braces are separated into sizes. Due to its specific fabric and total length, the AVESTON® Back Brace for Lower Back Pain Relief with Lumbar Pad Support has its own unique size chart.
How Do I Know What Size Back Brace with Lumbar Pad I Need?
Important: Your pants waist size is not the same as your true belly circumference. Two people can wear the same trouser size but have very different belly measurements. For the best fit, please use the size chart image and follow the instructions below.
How to Measure:
Stand in a relaxed position. Using a soft tape measure, measure around your belly at navel level — the widest part of your torso where you plan to wear the brace. No soft tape? Use a piece of string, rope, or construction tape, then measure its length with a ruler.

FAQ
Is this Lower Back Brace waterproof?
No, it's washable and breathable. There are holes in the material. So you can wash it and do some sport exercises without fear of being sweat, but it's not waterproof.
Does the velcro lose stickiness? Is it comfortable to wear and supportive? Some say that it's too stiff?
I have found the brace comfortable and no problem with velcro. If you have back problems, you want something stiff to keep the back straight, not moving. It works for me!
I loved this when I had my back injury! I needed the firmness of this for support and I thought it was very comfortable to where- and mine never lost the stickiness on the Velcro- but I only used mine with certain tasks while awaiting my surgery.
Says for women and men but all the photos are most of women. Is this meant to be unisex?
Yes, it's unisex. I see no problem with the back brace being used by both men and women. The basics of it is mostly back support without the pinching that you get from most supports. It really helps me with walking and working out to keep good posture. Hope this helps.
What does the front closure measure in inches ? Will it fit comfortably under bust?
The front high is 7". The Back high is 8.5. The Black lumbar brace better fit tall torso.
For those with a short torso, it may exert uncomfortable pressure on the ribs. Its recommend measuring yourself to see how it will fit.
A: The belt is intended to sit on the lower part of the back and the top of the hips. If it causes pressure against the chest with its plastic ribs, adjusting it lower might help. You can slightly pull down the belt for a better fit.
Is this visible (bulky) under a blouse?
If your blouse is real fitted then yes you might see it but if shirt is normal or little loss you can't see the back brace.
How to care about lower back pain brace?
The label in the brace reads:
