This works wonders! The thick rigid metal stays in the back are pain relief for my sore kidneys and lower back pain. The front is as restrictive as you choose to tighten it to be with the Velcro wraps. Minor adjustments can be made on each side with two more smaller Velcro bands.This is helping me a lot right now because I have such a bad cough due do illness that I fear I've ruptured myself into a hernia by coughing. I need the help in my lower abdomen to hold myself together and I need the support in my lower back because the coughing is making my back ache so much I can't walk or sleep.This belt took the pressure off both front and back and side of my body and gave me immediate relief I cried with gratitude.Fits a smaller waist. The size measurements it states are accurate. Be sure to know your size. Is not for larger middles or super skinny already middles.Lightweight breathable fabric compared to other belts like this I've seen. Low profile under clothes. Nice dark blue color. Comfortable. Very comfortable.

Fairly pleased with the brace. I was expecting a more rigid device that would essentially hold me bolt straight. I think my disappointment was down to my inexperience of these types of devices. Otherwise, a good, sound, economical brace that offers a degree of support on longer motorcycle rides. I wouldn't recommend wearing it all of the time, as I believe you'd lose what natural cow robe you retain if giving over your support entirely to an external device.

This belt is easy to put on and adjust. It fits securely. I use this when I ride my horse and it has improved my lower back pain as well as my posture. I am going to be trying this out for the winter snowmobiling and see how it improves my back support while riding. I haven't atved alot this summer so I have no opinions on using it on there or in my motorcycle. It is slightly restrictive of course, but if you are used to wearing safety protection, it is easy to adjust to.

The width and support of this brace is perfect for me. Unfortunately, I have a short torso, which leads to the brace digging into my ribs. I try to keep it lower on my back/hips, but it rides up if I move around.The brace I comfortable when in place and it is made of quality materials. If you have a normal to longer torso, this brace should work well for you.

I got the AVESTON Back Brace for my daughter who is an athlete, and after wearing it for over a week, she has shared that her back is beginning to feel better.It's made of a breathable material that's easy to put on and take off and it keeps her back straight while walking and moving around, although she says it's not as comfortable when she bends or sits down with it on. Hopefully the Seller will make improvements so that it's comfortable at all times.If you are having back problems, I would still recommend giving this a try.

I have chronic back problems however through Physiotherapy I was able to decrease the instances of pain. However, I tweaked my back a few weeks ago and was practically bed ridden without any support. I decided to get this to wear daily to help my back and it has worked great.Due to my back pain, I needed a good brace that fit, and this does just that. It provides amazing support while standing and while sitting, it can get a little uncomfortable, however it just needs to be loosened and it works great. It has kept my back straight, and I have stopped slouching so my posture as improved. It is adjustable to anyone if it fits. I sweat a lot so I was worried it would cause issues, but it as not due to the quality material used to make this.In terms of riding, I don’t have a motorcycle (yet) however, I do ride Citi bikes for commuting every day and this has been great for that. I have no back pain while riding over the many bumps and potholes of NYC.In terms of wearing this, I wear two shirts, an undershirt, and another shirt. This goes over the undershirt than I wear my main shirt and it does not cause my look to be bulky.Overall, if it fits you per the specifications, this is an excellent back support brace. It is more than just for riding, and it does well in that regard. This can be used for everyday purposes as it provides a rigid and firm support to my back and has helped me not be in constant hobbling pain all the time. I recommend this to all.

I did dishes and moved boxes, while wearing this belt. I did not feel any pain, in my hip like I, normally, do.It is so simple to put on and is, surprisingly, comfortable. My only complaint is, it moves up and down while I'm just walking. I've worn it most days for over a week now. When I'm gardening, it helps to keep me straight. When I'm walking, I don't feel it at all and I think that's the best time for me to use it because it means I'm "walking tall".It's not as comfortable when I'm sitting AND bending at the waste. The product description says fits waists 32 to 37. My pants waist is 32 and the velcro only overlaps a little more than an inch. I will still use it but that means if I bend over I will have to worry about the velcro not holding it closed. I still gave 4 stars because it is very well made and sturdy. I got this for motocross but also for anything that puts a stress on my back. Calling it a kidney belt is old fashioned, it's really good back support. My waist is a size 32" and the size 32-37" fit me fine. I think if someone were over 35" the belt would have to stretch pretty far because at 32" it seems right. The elastic is firm, you can really get it tight, first the belt goes on using the main strap then a secondary strap that pulls from the back can really firm the belt tightly. There are also some vertical ribs in the back for added support. Material and sewing is excellent.

I like this belt because it's wide, has really strong hook and loop and it doesn't have any plastic or extraneous padding. I wrenched my back last winter (ironically, hauling a treadmill), but it's still tender. I also enjoy riding motorcycles, so I ordered this up.The manufacturer says that it fits any size, 32-37". They are NOT talking about your pant size, they are talking about the girth around your belly. So, if you are interested in this product, before you do anything, measure the distance around your belly button, not your waist size. There is no give in this first measurement/no elasticity in the belt.OK, about the unit. It appears to be extremely well constructed. When you put it on, you first attach the velcro closure at the front of the belt. This need not be particularly tight, but a little snug is a good idea. Next, there are additional straps on either side. You pull on these, and they are also velcro, to get the desired tightness of the belt.I like the double velcro closure system, and I look forward to many hours of back-pain free riding, and other activities as well, this summer.BTW, I live in SE Idaho, and can I just say how grateful and ecstatic I am about the fact that Spring has FINALLY arrived? Are you with me? This winter has just been way too long.5 stars
